Convenient stay close to the action
We were only there for a night, but it was perfect for what we needed. The host was super chill and let us check in early, which was a lifesaver. Breakfast was a nice touch too—self-serve meant we could grab some food whenever. The only thing, the bathroom could have used a bit more love.

The big garden outside was a lovely spot to relax and unwind. Omer, the proprietor, exuded warmth and helped create a welcoming atmosphere. The flexibility of the dining room being open all day is fantastic. it provided the freedom to eat whenever hunger struck. the decor felt very outdated, and some areas could use a deep clean, particularly the bathroom. I noticed stains on the bedding and some cobwebs in the room. The noise from outside impacted sleep quality.

Dated but close to the airport
I enjoyed the convenience of free parking and the good location, just a stone's throw from the airport. The ease of check-in made me feel welcome right away.
Unfortunately, the room was lacking in maintenance with mould and a musty smell. The bedding was stained, and the overall condition made it hard to feel at ease.

I was part of a group visiting the nearby National Exhibition Centre, which was quite convenient. The kitchen facilities were a pleasant surprise, as we were able to make our own breakfast with the supplies provided. The location is decent, making it easy to access several attractions around Birmingham. the overall condition of the room left much to be desired, with some issues regarding cleanliness.

The dining area opens all day, which is a solid perk if you're looking to grab a bite at odd hours. The garden outside offers a decent escape from the hustle, making it a good spot to unwind.
The state of the rooms leaves much to be desired. The first room I encountered had blocked drains and a general feel of neglect—the furnishings felt like they had reached retirement age. Issues with cleanliness were evident, with cobwebs and peeling paint throughout. I reported problems, but they remained unresolved, and the absence of basic amenities like coffee supplies was annoying. it felt less than welcoming.

The double room provided a decent location and good pricing, making it an adequate choice for a short stay. Unfortunately, the room was in dire need of maintenance, with dampness and poor cleanliness surrounding various fixtures. Despite some perks like pleasant staff and an easy entry system, the overall experience was less favorable due to the outdated condition and lack of basic amenities.

Some areas could use more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. updating the communal kitchen facilities would enhance the overall experience.
